- Take one ugly wire hanger
- Trace around it on a piece of scrap fabric, leaving 10cm seam allowance
- With right sides together sew up the left and right sides
- Insert the hanger from the bottom
- Sew up the bottom part and add lace.
Voila, small change, big difference.
