Wallpaper bags

Another thrifty craft idea for Christmas :o)

Remember the star cushion? Well I gave the first one I made to my friend Emma who was with me the day we seen a similar one in a local shop. I couldn't find a bag that it would fit in though so I decided to make one ...

out of wallpaper.



All I did was lay the wallpaper on the table and fold it in half and sew up the sides and I used the ribbon that came with the fleece blanket to make the handles and voila ... a fab bag (if I say so myself).



Finished off with my personalised ribbon - oh sew loverlee!



I'm already planning on making these in all different sizes and patterns for Christmas. I knew there was a reason I kept buying odd rolls of wallpaper :o)
