He's a new member of the Mr Men bunch designed especially for Movember to raise awareness of tesitcular cancer.  You can find more about Movember here.  

Aside from this being a great way to promote such an important cause I think it's lovely that the creator is in fact the son of the original Mr Men creator.

I loved Little Miss Giggle probably because I am a  bit of a giggler myself

 I used to be quite a chatterbox ... ok I still am, especially on the phone!!

I'm pretty sure this little Miss was based on me LOL
