A big thank you

Thank you, thank you, thank you
to everyone who came out to the

Country Cottage Christmas Craft Sale

this weekend.

I loved having you all there and really appreciate you coming to support my little cottage industry ... especially on such cold frosty days :o)

For those of you that couldn't make it, here's a sneak peak of what you missed (sorry!) :o)

Imagine a cold frosty morning....

Driving down a country road, the hedges are all white and the air is crisp and it's frrrreezing outside  You turn down a small borreen and you can hear the tyres crunching on the gravel as you approach the cottage.  You get out of the car and make your way towards the front door where you are greeted by an array of candle lit lanterns and one of my roof tile chalkboards telling you to "come on through"  (more method in my madness as I don't have a doorbell and even if people ring the real bell I never seem to hear them) ....

You walk through the front door and feel the warmth from the fire like a blanket around you.  From another room you can hear some classical christmas music but you linger in the first room if only to thaw out by the log burning stove ...

but also to help yourself to chocolates, mince pies or homemade christmas cookies laid out at the table by the door

whilst checing out the day's specials on the blackboard

before walking into the kitchen where the Country Cottage Christmas Craft sale is in full swing.

If you'd like to see the rest of the pics you'll have to come back tomorrow :o)

Night night x
